Participants will learn how to perform rapid and instant inductions that will reliably establish the state of hypnosis in clients and volunteers. Emphasis will be on proper execution, safety, deepening methods and ethics. The methods taught in this class can be used effectively and impressively by clinical and demonstrational (stage/street) hypnotists. Hypnosis 101: Introduction to Hypnosis

Duration: 26-30 Hours (3 days)
A broad, basic hypnosis class for beginners: Participants will learn how to hypnotize clients and volunteers, how to establish and secure the state of hypnosis and how to properly form effective suggestions that will elicit appropriate responses from hypnotized clients and volunteers.

Hypnosis Certification Training:
General Practice or Sports Hypnosis Specialization

Duration: (4 - 5 days)
This class is designed for people who are seeking to become a
certified hypnotist by being certified by The American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH)*** and/or The International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT), two nationally and internationally recognized hypnosis associations. Participants will learn how to establish and secure the state of hypnosis, and how to properly form and deliver effective suggestions using appropriate hypnotic techniques.
For those taking the General Practice Specialization, emphasis will be on using hypnosis to help clients address frequently encountered concerns such as self-improvement, relaxation techniques, weight loss, smoking cessation, altering negative habits, etcetera. For those taking the Sports Hypnosis Specialization, emphasis will be on using hypnosis to help clients more consistently reach their peak performance in sports and fitness venues.
***--NOTE 3: The use of the title hypnotherapist varies based on local laws. Some local jurisdictions require a person to posses a formal license as a healthcare professional in order to use the title Hypnotherapist. In these cases, the title Hypnotist is preferred.

Creating Effective Inductions and Suggestions

This class is designed for experienced hypnotists and practitioners. Participants will learn how to build and confidently apply inductions designed to establish and secure the state of hypnosis. During this class, participants will explore and streamline their personal style. Emphasis will be on elegantly and efficiently securing and using hypnotic states in various situations including: clinical, demonstrational, street, stage and recreational venues.

Mentorship Program:
Private Hypnosis Instruction for 1 - 4 Students
Credits: 8/16 CEUs approved by ABH and IACT
Duration: 8/16 Hours (1-2 days)
This program is designed to offer students private, personalized hypnosis instruction for 1-2 days. These classes are scheduled upon request either by a single student (one-on-one instruction) or by a group of a maximum of 4 students. Any of the 1-day or 2-day courses listed above can be taught as a Mentorship Program upon request. Please refer to the course descriptions above for a summary of the topics covered in each class. |
