PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER, ENROLLING IN A WORKSHOP, COURSE, SERVICE, PROGRAM OR MEMBERSHIP WITH THE PARADOX AGENCY FOR HYPNOSIS, INC. (“THE PARADOX AGENCY FOR HYPNOSIS”). THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE PARADOX AGENCY FOR HYPNOSIS. BY CLICKING AN ICON OR BUTTON TO SUBMIT AN ORDER, OR BY ORDERING AND/OR ENROLLING IN A WORKSHOP, COURSE, SERVICE, PROGRAM OR MEMBERSHIP WITH THE PARADOX AGENCY FOR HYPNOSIS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT COMPLETE OR PLACE THE ORDER AND DO NOT ENROLL.
I. Shipping Fees
The fees are calculated on the total weight and destination of the package. Shipping fees will be displayed in the shopping cart during the checkout process.
II. Delivery of Materials
The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis reserves the rights to use any shipper necessary to deliver programs, products and materials. The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis generally uses UPS or USPS within the Continental U.S. All international orders including Canada are generally shipped via AirMail. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. See the chart below for estimated delivery time frames for US and other countries around the world:

to change dependent on the mail carrier, final destination, customs regulations (if applicable) and regional holidays.
Some countries have frequent shipping flights and amicable trade relations with the US. Customers from these countries will receive their packages quickly. Other countries have less frequent shipping flights and may be subjected to more inspections. Therefore, shipping times to these countries can be significantly longer. Some areas of the world have slow postal service. Customers in these countries may be subjected to a long wait. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
IV. Shipping Operations
Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday excluding major holidays. All orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, will ship out within 24 hours of the following shipping business day or you will be notified within five (5) business days of any delay in shipment. Delivery time does not include order-processing time. Orders that have already shipped from our warehouse cannot be canceled. We cannot accommodate requests for credit or refunds on orders that have been refused by the recipient or are undeliverable because of an incorrect address.
V. Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original, unopened product packaging. If the return is a result of our error, we will also pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (approximately 5 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (approximately 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (approximately 5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Note the timeframes listed above are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
A 20% reprocessing fee applies to each item returned. This fee is calculated based on the cost of the product material(s), replacement fees and restocking labor.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required prior to returning any program within 30 days of purchase. (Please see Return Merchandise Authorization Information below).
VI. Return Merchandise Authorization Information
All returns must include our assigned Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). We will not accept any returned program without our RMA#.
The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis reserves the right to refuse to provide an RMA or to issue only one RMA per returned item. If you do not request an RMA number we will not accept, refund or exchange the returned item.

We will process your request within 48-72 business hours upon receiving your request and you will only be notified by e-mail of the next steps. You will not be contacted by phone.
VII. Items That Are Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable
The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis does not provide refunds for the following:
- Certification test and membership fees
- Shipping fees
- Clothing
- Electronically delivered or downloadable products
- Personal use items that are used in your mouth or in your ear cannot be returned once opened due to health laws.
- Items purchased from third party sellers**
**--NOTE 2: When purchasing products from third parties such as Amazon.com, you are bound by that third party’s policies.
VIII. Payment Methods
All fees for products, workshops, courses, services and programs must be paid in full prior to shipment or participation. No personal checks, COD's or purchase orders are accepted. We do accept money orders. We proudly accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards, Discover, and American Express. The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis may offer payment plans on specific purchases (please refer the program or service description for details), in all other instances payment is due in full prior to shipment, enrollment and/or the beginning of service.
IX. Ordering
You may order secure online 24 hours a day. Program or product materials and information will be sent after funds from money orders have been fully cleared. Credit card orders will be processed immediately. Any fraudulent use of a credit card is punishable to the fullest extent of the law.
Please note that there are no exchanges of electronically delivered products such as downloadable items once they have been sent.
X. Packaging Errors
If material(s) are missing from your shipment, The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis will cover shipping expenses involved with correcting the order if you notify our customer service department within 30 days upon the receipt of your order. After 30 days, this correction offer is void.
Videos, CDs, equipment, and products that are damaged during shipping from our warehouse will be replaced but you must notify our customer service department within 30 days of the delivery of your order. Requests for replacements parts must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 30 days will incur shipping fees. The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis cannot replace products that are no longer in production or have been discontinued.
XI. Limitation of Liability & Code of Ethics
Under no circumstances shall The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of the information provided in our, personal development programs, educational products, or consulting services.
For purposes of this section, The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis shall include The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis, its divisions, subsidiaries, successors, parent companies, and their employees, contractors, partners, principals, agents, and representatives, any third-party providers, sources of information or data.
When you order any educational or personal development program from The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis (or its affiliates), you accept and agree to adhere to our Code of Ethics (see below).
XII. Code of Ethics
You hereby certify that the information given to The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis is true, complete and correct. You further understand if any of this information is later determined to be false, The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis reserves the right to revoke any certification (or certificate) that has been granted on the basis hereof. You further understand that completing workshops, courses, and programs offered by The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis does not certify or in any way guarantee the quality of your work as a professional or amateur. You therefore agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis, its officers, directors and staff from any claims due to negligence, omission or faulty advice that you may give to clients or other persons either as an amateur or a professional certified by or through The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis. You understand that The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis is not responsible for any actions or damages from any person arising out of your work as professional or amateur who has completed workshops, courses, and programs by The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis.
XIII. Security & Dress Code for Live Events
Full participation in live events (such as workshops, training, courses, and programs) requires athletic motion and floor work. Please wear comfortable casual wear or sports wear in which you can move easily (including, but not limited to sitting moving or lying on the floor):
- Sweatpants are highly recommended.
- Dresses, kilts and skirts are not recommended.
- Clothing should be relaxed-fit, not tight fitting (in order to allow full range of body motion).
- Jewelry such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets bulky rings/watches, and body piercing jewelry should not be worn in order to prevent injury to you, the event leader(s) and other participants. Please note that The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis is not responsible for the security of your personal belongings. So, we ask that you leave your valuables at home.
XIV. Safety Policy
It is important that our clients and affiliates remain as safe as possible while participating in events held by The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis. With the intention to maintain the safety of people, property and entities involved in each event, The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis, its representatives and affiliates reserve the right to regulate the participation of anyone attending the above named event (including barring from attending the event with no prior notice) based solely on the opinion of The Paradox Agency for Hypnosis as to whether a participant, or multiple participants are deemed inappropriately dressed, physically unfit, behaving unsafely, disruptive or a threat to the general safety of people, property or entities involved in the event.
